About Your Trainer

Hi, I'm Jodi! I've had multiple rides on the health and fitness rollercoaster. I've lost over 100 pounds - twice. So I understand how difficult staying in shape and maintaining a fitness routine can be. I am passionate about strength training for women - especially women in their 40's, 50's ... 80's and better! You can lift heavy, and not get huge and bulky. Unless you really, really, work hard to get that physique! But my training programs are designed to get you lifting. The benefits for women as we age are incredible.
